First try at a malawii tank

very nice setup for a first try.
your choice of fish is very good for a first try not like the others super aggresive mbunas

If you set up the tank correctly the mbuna are not super aggresive. I have some busy trying to court their respective females and they take it in turns to use the caves that are available. Odd bit of chasing away but nothing to be concerned about.

i wasnt talking about my self i have allot of expirience with the malawi cichlids
and all i said is that for a first timer att malawi he made a good choice and he didnt make the mistake that allot of people make of mixing mbunas with other malawi's

i wpuld be careful about adding peacocks,they seem a little whimpy. if you must make sure you rearrange completely. good time to go higher with rocks
