Yeah. I have done this with filters and heaters. I just grab the cheapos from wally world.

you could just jump in the tank with ur fish and keep them warm.....depending on the size of the fish if u had a spare tank that would fit them in even if uncomfortably for a few days put them in a garage or some where that will keep that tank warm enough and do daily water changes until friday.

you should be able to just go pick up a cheap heater, u can probably find a used one at a decent fish story anyway, should get u by

I bought 2 aT pETSMART. When the other one gets here I'll return them and say they weren't heating the tank enough. Cause I emailed and the guy already shipped em out, so they will be here tomorrow around noon. Kinda excited and anxious at the same time.

The only size they had at Wallyworld was 50watts, I'd have to buy like 7 of them to heat my tank! I bought my heaters at Petsmart, when I return them I will say they weren' t heating my tank.

we'll they are here and they are small! I'm not sure my tank will cycle with stability cause they are so small! They are in their bags floating in the tank so I can get the water temp up in the bags. Everyone made it too! So far very happy and I'll be treating them for worms and flukes right away
