Who ever is teh guy in that video, he is a ****ING MORON! :irked: I am sorry for cussing but I am really pissed of by such irresponsible behavior! Ok, so lets say the fish was dying and he knew that it will not just swim away and surviv to contaminate the lake/river (not sure how he could possibly know this but oh well)... But what about the pathogens?! Whatever that RD was dying from could have gotten into the water and proceed to wipe out all of the native fish! This is unacceptible and the film maker should be fined

when my monsters die i plan on taking them to the taxidermist, and have tham displayed on my wall:screwy:

once again that is an awesome video and history of that fish, much love......MUCH LOVE

???????:screwy: You find the release of a potentially dangerous aquarium fish into a natural enviroment AWESOME.If there was love there, he would have cured it first, rehomed it.If it was not able to be cured , he should have uthenised the fish. You say MUCH LOVE. What about the love of native species and water systems. The love of keeping species in your own aquarium .This is why we have to put up with import laws and regulations,to protect all waterways from losers like this.We all lose here because of pathetic unthought out actions of the minority.Like Aquamojo said(he was even stupid enough to film his actions and publicise it.)

It would be good if this video could be made a sticky of what not to do.MFK should show that these type of actions are not condoned by them or any of its members.

Yeah...same here. It was removed before I could see it.

Me too. Sounds like a moron. What was the gist of the video?

Some goof starts by recording a body of water. He then shows himself (not his face) opening an small red ice chest and there's a nice sized barely living Red Devil in it laying on it's side in just a little water. He proceeds to net it out and put it in the waterway. The poor thing just floated on it's side dying and he let it just float away. :screwy:

Was talking about the story of the fish, not him releasing it into the damn river
