My pacu always acts weird in my pond. For the past one year, it just likes to stay at one spot. It only comes out at feeding times to hog all the food. But before being in the pond, it was super active and excited in my aqaurium, eventhough it was very small. How can i change its behaviour? is there something wrong? it eats like a pig

But i always heard, read and saw that pacu are active, robust fish and require huge swimming space.

so he isn't stressed? thats a releif. I thought that he is shy because he is being kept alone instead of in a group of pacus.
