I am trying to build up my fish book library, so if any of you have books that you would recomend whether new or old, for any type of fish, lets hear them.

There are tons of books out there. Many of my books now are very particular. For plecos I use the Aqualog and datz.

I have vol. 1 & 2 of the Baensch Aquarium Atlas that I picked up for $10/per. They are pretty nice refrence books.

dr. alxrods book of freshwater fish of the world. expensive but realy nice for reffs., i use it to find the scientific name and then look it up on fishbase for common names

Thanks every one keep them coming. I know there are tons of books out there, just want to hear what you guys have.

Thanks.

Want one of those. If anyone wants to sell one in good condition, let me know.

Two books that I use regularlly that have most aquarium fish (combined they do) are aquarium fishes of the world and encyclopedia of exotic tropical fishes for freshwater aquariums, there both around $50 but you can find them a lot cheaper online, a great book search site for both new and out of print books is addall.com they search like 30 some odd online book stores and give you prices
