The politics in collecting varries from place to place. Places down south, gulf of mexico and cali have a lot of law's and permit's you have to get. If you were to collect somewhere like where i do in NY there are no regulation or permit's needed. You still have to follow the fedral law of the USA. The fedral law states that you cant use clyed to collect fish. Also every state has different law's when it come's to native's. Make sure you stay with in the law or else you will have a lot of prob's on your hands. As for transporting fish get a cooler, Drill two holes in the top one for the air bubler and one for the air to excape. You can get battery air bubler's for like $10 at wal-mart and will last on two d batt's for about 12 hours non stop.
