Clown knives will eat your other fish. Clown loaches and gouramis will not be compatible especially when loaches prefer fast flowing waters more than gouramis.

In such a large tank you can make areas with low flow for the gouramis and higher flow for the loaches.
I agree the clown knife will eventually eat the gouramis. I don't think he'd bother with a fullgrown loach, but it takes a long time to get them to that size, whereas clown knives grow pretty fast.
