So I've got a 55 gallon tank that's been setup for about 2-3 years at this point, which is very lightly stocked (only a pair of ocellaris clownfish and a pair of banggai cardinalfish). I'm planning to finish out stocking soon. I'm thinking of adding in a sixline wrasse and a valentini toby. Does anybody see any aggression issues with those fish in the tank?

Should be okay. The puffer is usually very peaceful and keeps to itself. The six line can be aggravating to other wrasses or fish that look similar and sometimes newly added species so try to add it last. I believe it will be okay with the mix you have chosen.
I commend you for choosing carefully and not overstocking your aquarium.

Well, if your setup and run for that long I wouldn't add anything new in your tank, i would just enjoy the established tank :). The change are too high of a risk of new fish, inverterbrate, corals carry a deadly disease into your tank and destroy everything, even you do a 2 months quarantine new add on there is still a risk change.
