Fish delivery...WHAT!

What are your thoughts on the new shipping changes to live aquaria? I’m talking about the $10 box charge added, the fact that they raised their free shipping bar to $150 from $100, and the fact you still have to pay the box charge even if you hit free shipping? Personally they’ve lost me as a customer due to that among other things.

First time I have ever ordered from them, was more of an anger purchase than anything else.
Rather get my fish all from one place that I have had perfect luck of no outbreaks of disease from new fish. Than having to order from a couple places now that my orginal place decided to sell my fish from my order.

Sorry for your troubles... I emailed them a query, evidently I’m in the free delivery / shipping radius too...

They just started this and apparently got flooded with orders, my fish in 30 min or less will be here Tuesday ???

Just placed my first order from them, it’s Petco/PetSmart supplier? Thought I heard to that effect?

Some things seem fair priced, some way over priced...

Fish coming tm, we’ll see...

Pretty sure they’re Drs Foster n Smith, they have a nice guarantee tho
