Looks flat. Could be from the rubbing. Get some stress coat and get some methylene blue to dip the fish for about 7 days.

Should I add the methylene blue to the tank or just dip the fish in a mix of it? He's the only fish in the tank besides one crawfish. I can remove the crawfish if needed.

In a bath at 1ml per gallon dosage, which is roughly twice the dosing for at least 30 minutes. Make sure there is an airstone. If you do it in the tank, it will stain everything.

Update:
He seems to be starting to do better. The white spot ended up going away before the ethylene blue got here. I let him sit for about a half hour in the methyl blue dip at half the dosage since the spot went away. I needed to take him out of the tank to clean the tank anyway. I needed to remove a bunch of rocks I had put in there that made it nearly impossible to vacuum good. The stress coat seems to be helping a lot too, he seems to be doing better since I added it. He's still scratching but much less than he was. He also is eating more aggressively again, not as aggressive as before though. He seems to be improving every day now. Thanks for everyone's help so far, Ill post more updates if anything changes.

Update:
He has still been scratching, maybe once every couple of hours now. His appetite seems to be back for the most part. Does anyone have any ideas as to why hes scratching still?

I moved him to his new tank this weekend as well, he was getting pretty big for the tank I had him in. I was worried this had him stressed some. He seems to enjoy the new tank but is still itching.
