Fish Dreams

I know I'm not the only one who dreams about their fish! I'm always extremely paranoid about something happening my fish so usually, my dreams about my fish are all negative...

Here are some of my dreams:
Last night I dreamt there was an all out fish brawl. My senegal bichir was evil eyeing my pleco with her mouth wide open. (She also had external gills??) But in .3 seconds my pleco sucked her up. She was half way down his throat and I was completely panicking pounding on the fish tank yelling at him to let the bichir go. He spit her out but she was completely torn up and bloody. (Luckily they've never had problems with each other irl.. but still it was terrifying.)
Another time I dreamt we got a gar for whatever dumb reason?? And it ate all of my fish. That was it.
I don't remember all of what happened in the dream but this one is probably the dumbest dreams I've ever had about my fish... I dreamt about this evil little girl (who was probably five years old) was trying to steal my fish. I pretty much competed against her in like a race/scavenger hunt to keep my fish...... Oh, the things I do for love...

Anyway, I want to hear all your craziest (or nicest) fish dreams!

I used to have dreams about my geo when I had him, mostly they were dreams of swimming around a big river-thingy with him..
When he got sick I would have nightmares about what he was going through, he would (in my dream) talk to me and tell me how horrible and painful it was... Maybe I'm crazy, but meh.

Nice to know I'm not the only one who has dreams about their fish. Lol

That sounds like an amazing and spiritual dream. I would love to dream about swimming around with my fish!! That's sad he passed away... Maybe now though he's just swimming around in that same big river happy as can be!

Oddly enough I don't dream about my fish, although they are on my mind during waking hours quite a bit.

From a psychological stand point, your dreams about fish may really be about other aspects of your life...

I don't really dream about fish but from time to time if I have been planning a major fishing trip, I may have a dream almost like foresight into how I want to set my strategy and my thoughts go from excitement as i'm falling asleep and transfer to my subconscious mind. Never works out the next day in the field as it was in my dream. Somehow the fish I catch aren't quite as big or as many

I actually forgot, I used to have a reoccurring dream about sorting koi fry and was moving in slow motion and always feeling hurried but haven't had it in a couple years

Anyway... I don't dream about my fish very often. It only usually happens when I've been looking at or reading about fish until 4am. I do wish I had more positive dreams about them, though.

I think that's anyone that spends hours and hour focused on anything, it doesn't have to be fish, it just stands out in your mind when it is because it feels out of place. I could read fiction books and dream i'm trapped in a Stephen King novel or even binge watch Game of Thrones and fall asleep dreaming Sword-training guarding the King. it doesn't matter what it is, it just matters if it transfers to your sub-conscious and you remember it. Chances are you've had thousands or more dreams you don't even remember, apparently every human dreams every night, but we remember only a small percentage of them, mainly the most vivid
