Your bichir is beautiful!!! It must be great to be able to own one, I don't think I'm allowed to keep them here (not 100% on this) and even if I could, I doubt I could provide one with a big enough home. I felt bad keeping Horrace in a 5ft but it was the biggest I could get at the time, and the only time I've acquired a bigger tank than that was a 9ft 1200ltr that would have fallen through my floor so I had to pass it onso until I'm rich enough to get custom tanks and a new "not so falling apart" house, I'm stuck with no bigger than 400ltrs..
He danced in real life, it was great fun. Guests would blow out when I'd crank the music because he came straight to the front of the tank and the second I'd start "jigging" his head would go from side to side with the base line. It was awesome, he changed so many opinions on fish, because he wasn't "just a fish".
Please tell me that was meant in a positive manner? Lol

Horrace was 5 years old and just over a foot when we lost him. We had him cremated and we're still looking for an urn to put his ashes in, once I find one (that's as pretty as he was!) I plan to resin coat it so he can go back in his tank, because I'm that person.

I did have a video of him dancing with me but I think it was on the laptop that's now broken... Not that I'd upload it here if I still had it, too much "me" in it.
