Fish eat Fish

My oscar ate my texas . Well actually, is eating my texas. I'm not sure if I should take the fish out of his mouth? I thought the texas was big enough. But I guess he wasn't tall enough.

EDIT: I'll add that the fish in his mouth is keeping his gills open.

I didn't think it could.. I've never seen my oscars full open mouth, I'm sure it's big, but my firemouth is only a little bigger than the texas.

No it won't. The stupid fish just barely ate the head and spit it out!
If it's gonna kill my fish at least eat the WHOLE thing.
I knew the fish was too big for him to eat. My oscar just likes to kill other fish..
