Cloudy eyes can be caused by poor water quality (as the others have said), poor diet (but not over 3 days), physical damage (could he have been beaten up by anyone, or bashed both his eyes on something?) or an infection.

I agree, try treating with a mild antibacterial like Melafix, if you can. Melafix is a herbal treatment with no side effects, so you can't do any harm with it.

Hey, my pacu is eating normal again what I think it was is bad water quality, I had a bunch of algae before I cleaned the pond which I think was the problem, so the pacu is back and well.

Its a pacu not a pirahna. Sounds like he is taking care of them.

What are the water parameter? High Ammnoia Etc? Are the other fish showing any signs as well?

Im no expert but thats the first place Id start. Was there run off from all of our rain we have gotten? Fertilizer? Pesticide?

Does miami sprayfor mosquitos by air?

Simple things to check for first to see if its a condition of the water...
