simply "go advanced" when you reply, and then manage attachments, then point the browser to the location on your comp, and oyu upload it, simple

Get the frozen scallops the ones you can eat but make sure there are no additives. The ones I use are raw bay scallops , the Wal-Mart brand. And I am not sure if the aro can ever go with the oscar because I have never kept oscars. Someone will be along shortly to let you know more about an oscar with an aro. I just know from my experience that when an aro gets beat, get him to safety and dont chance it again. Ya knwo the definition of psychosis is repeating the same thing over and over, and expecting different results each time.Been there.
