fish for dorm

yea all the people on my hall knew i had a larger tank they just thought it was cool. depending on how your room is set up you can make it look smaller than it is. like putting half of the tank in a corner that butts up next to a dresser or bed or something. if you live in a dorm where there are like 10 floors and 50 people on each floor no one is going to say anything. if they do they cant remove it without a notice and you could always be like i got it off craigslist and the guy said it was 10 gallons im sorry i will move it out. but iseriously doubt they would notice if you got a 20 gallon or even a 29

I must have my dimensions all screwed up. I don't really keep tanks that small.....

I say go get yourself a 36" X 12" tank. Set it up quietly/under the radar. RA's have more to worry about than a kid keeping a couple fish in his dorm (like under-age drinking and smoking in the dorms) as long as you don't make a mess of the situation.

The 10 gallon rule is really just there to make sure somebody doesnt bring in something stupid big that could cause some real destruction if they didn't know what they were doing.

Lol yeah. I'll bring in a 300 gallon 6' x 3' tank and the stand will have a bed inside it lol.
