here is the new video, i really need a bigger tank (72"x18"x15") ok? it's a short tank, less water but larger space for aro since they only spend there time on the surface, no need for tall tank, am i thinking right?

*are these aro cross between regular silver and asian red aro? (the red color) i kinna hope they are :-)

No, when they are that small they retain quite a bit of red in the tails and scales....from the foods they were feed.....Anyhow, geez.....3 SILVER arowana's.......Well, lets see.....3-4 foot adult arowana needs a min of 180 gallons anything larger would be BEST......now 3 adult arowana's....well, you either need a pond or 400-500 gallon tank. Do the math.....Anyhow, hope you are able to upgrade.....it is necessary to keep fish with a VERY FAST growth rate that get REALLY big in a LARGE tank.....also, you need awesome filtration.......

15" is too short, first of all it will only have 13 1/2" of water in it. If the aros use the top 6-7" and substrate and decor take up 2-3" that means your mid water fish are using the same space as the aros WAY OVERCROWDED.

If you plan on keeping 3 silvers you shouldn't be waisting time with smaller tanks. You better star figuring out how you are going to get your hands on a 8' long, 3' Deep/wide and 30" high tank.

The smart thing to do is take back the 2 new aros and learn to resist the impulses.

8'x3'x30" hummm, how many gallon is that?

oohh and, does anyone know where I can buy big tank at low low price? i kept checking craiglist once awhile but cant find a good deal.

is it hard to build my own glass tank that size?

That is a 450 gallon tank, You can get a 8' x 3' x 2' which is a 375 from glasscages.com for $1400. Alot of money but that is what its gonna take to house three silver aros.

jus keep your eyes open. my trio is in a 8x30"x30" tank n they love it.

do not keep them in tha 75 for long, epect them to be throwing tantrums and jumping ship within 6 months
