I have done this but for fishing chum. fish heads grind up well in a blender, but it is the guts that will ruin one. Actually two considering I smoked my friends too. The intestines get wrapped around the blade shaft and cause a load that they were not intended for. The chum worked great and I would love to figure a way to cheaply make the goop tank safe... Keep an eye on the DIY board when I solve it. Right now I am designing a system that takes the work out of water changes...as easy as flushing a toilet. It is on paper, just gotta build a working model.
