Fish hate water changes?

I have two pims and only one freaks out, my white pim during wc time will swim back and forth and when I am done may swim erratic all over the tank and his gills just get going, his mouth starts moving like he is telling me off. He calms down.
The Tetra all swim from one side to the other and just try to avoid me LOL Everyone else takes it like champs, they are use to it. Pranzer the pim though, he has always freaked out over it.
He did help me one time though back when I first started. He freaked out and came right up to the glass to me and my daughter, swam away, came right back to the glass. My daughter said "something is wrong mom" and I looked at the water temp and it had dropped A LOT, the water going in was way to cold. I sucked some out and put in warmer and got it stable and he calmed right down. No other fish seemed stressed or worried but him. He is very touchy to temp change lol He is a good boy
