fish ID. anyone?

How small are we talking? I've seen some really small tats for sale, and no spots. Could be wrong though, never seen one under 2 inches.

to me it looks like the pattern cuz of the way the dots get smaller at the top and bigger around the face. it could be though ive seen tats with some black spots around the face before.

Yeah, but it has the bumps on it's pectoral fins, which makes me think fish lice. I know the spots around the face you're talking about, but this looks to be a bit much. And payara fins are clear when they are that small. I doubt they go from that heavy of a spot pattern to clear to gold/red.
