I googled it and it is Semotilus atromaculatus, or creek chub. It does have the dark spot at the base of the dorsal fin which is distinct to the creek chub. I can catch plenty of them, but I don't know how they would do in shipping. Google says they can thrive in poor water quality.

Creek chub def. They are right about it. I catch them here at a local creek 1/2 mile out lots of them too like your fish. Every few seconds hooked one right after another.
