Unquestionably vittatus.
Diagnostic traits:
Pelvic fin to LL scales- This fish has two. Brevis would have three.
Adipose fin coloration- This fish's adipose fin has a black tip with a lighter base. Brevis would have a black or dark grey base with a clear outer margin.
Tail fin coloration- This fish has red central radial rays with yellowish intermediary rays. The yellowish intermediary rays are on both the upper and lower lobes. A brevis would have black central radial rays with grey intermediary rays on the upper lobe and red or orangish red intermediary rays on the lowerlobe.

it called hyndrocynus tanza or goliath tiger fish in my country... really monster fish when adult..
Hydrocynus tanzaniae and Hydrocynus goliath are closely related but different than this specimen.
