It's a german red peacock, Aulonocara stuartgranti "German Red".

Its got to much orange looking color by the head to be a sunshine. It is most def. not a lemon jake, I had two of them they are much much more yellow and blueish. Anywho I would agree with German Red or Eurkea Red aka Aulonocara stuartgranti. Great peacock, looks awesome when they grow bigger =p
