Fish ID???

Hey ppl.. just picked this from my lfs.. they didn't have a clue as to what this fish is.. happened to come with a bunch of feeders they had picked up to sell..any ideas???

Could be a midevil or a tilapia. Are those bloodworms you're feeding him?

midevil??? tilapia i doubt mate.. i got quiet a bit of em in a pond at home and they dont look like that.. def cichlids.. ya bloodworms at the store..

As far as tilapia goes, it also looks like it could be some sort of tilapia to me. Two things to keep in mind: there are MANY types of tilapia and also, tilapia ARE cichlids.

I could also see a snook possibly, but I really don't know what it is

That is very definitely a pink Tilapia, one of my favorite fish - They do get large.
