Looks like a trimac to me but it could be a flowerhorn. A lot of flowerhorns that end up looking like trimac's get labled as so because the real trimac is getting rare to find.
Nothing.. Usually flowerhorns depends on genetics and luck but you get high quality/grade ones and lower quality usually found in local fish store grades. Great fish, just a lower quality fish in the scale of flowerhorn judgement.
Flowerhorns in general are usually very mean. A flowerhorn is basically a mixture of many new world cichlids. A mutt if you will or actually more of a man made fish to get colors/shape/etc.
