most cks only get to 18" anyways and they can turn on a dime...if you didn't know that, then must not have kept a ck so don't bother giving out info on how big the tank needs to be.

What are you talking about dude? CK's get up to 3ft. in the wild, and 2 ft. in captivity if they aren't stunted by some kid putting them in a 55 gal. for life. Just get a bigger tank

CK get too big. i had a small one a while back in a 75 til i realised their potential and responsibly handed it back to the LFS. you should do the responsible thing too.
