Fish ideas?

Snakeheads are not yet illegal in Alberta, though I keep hearing reference to the inevitabilty. Hope they ask for public input as it would be a shame to ban an entire genus of fish to keep 1 or 2 species out.

I'd go with blue channel cats. A breeding group. Then I'd noodle my own pond and fire up the BBQ.

I still don't see a 10,000 gallon tank. He post a picture of a below ground pond. I suppose Canadians call a pond a fish tank over there I call a pond a pond over here.

BTW, There is already Koi in that thar and those need cold water....so....how bout more cold water fish like cold water a Sturgeon?

Agreed. Just stock your pond with some bass and walk away. You can always drop a rod in later and restock

Snake heads are illegal because some fosh owners relesed them in the wild and they invaded.
