"My silver Arowana keeps jumping out of the tank and onto the floor. I've stepped on him at least twice. Should I put a lid on the tank? HELP!!"
"I never see my Striped Raphael Catfish. Should I put more decor in so he'll feel more secure and come out more? HELP!!"
"My Flying Foxes are not eating algae like they're supposed to. Should I stop feeding them algae wafers? HELP!!" - I hate to admit it, but I've done this *sigh*.
"Every time I put a tank mate in with my 12-inch Gulper Catfish, the next day, the tank mate is gone! I've tried adult neon tetras, adult angelfish, adult discus, and even a baby Arowana. Should I keep my gulper alone? HELP!!"

This one's easy. Add a few rays; they make great dithers, and they will likely breed as well!
You forgot to shout "HELP!!" No response unless you scream like a loon
but to answer your question it depends on the size of the oscars.
