What annoying me most is that everyone here thinks that goldfisk suffers from temperatures over 20 degrees celsius (68 F).

Thats bull****! How the hell can most of them be raised in Thailand close to equator?

EXACTLY!!!! The same goes with native fish. Just because it is native does not mean it needs coldwater. Many natives come from Flordia and other warm states. SOme come from the Southwest like Arizona. I have heard people say things like "you cannot keep a bullhead or bluegill with a cichlid because it is coldwater", BULL ****!!!! Both fish are highly adaptable and able to survive in warmer climates, some have even been introduced into tropical places.

I keep my 2 goldfish at 75-78 degrees and their lovin' it

Since I have to REDEEM myself to my students, I thought I'd correct your spelling there. jk.

It’s a point well made as it happen I am Dyslexic and always run thing through the spell checker and some times it change it round so that’s my excuse. But then again its never held me back but I apologise all the same

I spent all my school life have my spelling correct and i don't think its going to stop now

Goldfish with 3 second memory >>> I saw on a home video show a gold fish that would ring a bell that had a string tied to it and swim to the other side of the tank and wait to be fed. If the lady didnt come feed the fish, he would swim over and do it again till he got a treat. ( I personally would NEVER teach a goldfish this trick, seems they live to eat and poop, I would hear that bell all day long!)

Catfish biting off mans foot>>> ever heard of NOODLING? Crazy, no, insane men get in muddy water up to their chests, and stick their hands into holes in the mud, or between tree roots till a HUGE catfish takes a bite. Then, with his hand, or entire forearm in the catfish's mouth, throw it up in the boat, or on land. Worse damage I saw (never in person) was a bit of blood from scratches.
