Fish Leech? Picture, I.D., please please?

So I quarantined a plant after finding physa eggs, and after I cleaned it up this guy appeared in the quarantine tank. He was tiny, barely 3mm long, and orangey in color. He moved fast, and was slim with no appearant head or tail. So I put him on a piece of paper in a drop of water, took a pic, and dispatched him with salt. I hope there aren't any more....Does anyone know?

So these guys are sitting in my "quarantine" bowl right now with some physa snials, and I can't figure out why they're still there even after I lifted only the snails out adn put them into a fresh bowl of water, probably hitchhiking...
