dimilin i think its called or anchors away took them away quick no ones ever heard of this stuff totally ray safe
if you guys still don't know what will work???this will once again:nilly:

I used anchors away and it worked real good. I have never heard of the botias being predators of the lice but if so that is pretty neat.

I got in a large Goldy Pleco about 14 incher with fish lice. I had to pick each one off, about 30-35 of them, a freakin pain. A pair of tweezers did the job, and the pleco was very steady so that helped. With a ray though, it might be hard to pull off this procedure.

Yes. Not much gets past them, even lice. I add them to my ray tanks upon recieving new rays, it usually takes about a couple of days. I would imagine if they are in the tank, they will find them.

u can't pull them off the inderside of the ray or this would work i have also heard of useing turkey baster to suck them off

I picked them off my motoro right before she died....., it seemed like it was working for a while..., but some just kept showing up. I believe that these lice get into there gillsand inside the passage ways..., so you can never get rid of them by just picking at them... I think that the way that these thing can eventually kill them is becasue they get inside them... at least thats how it seemed for me....
