yep...most members are hobbyists so we dont have deal with guarantee and on top of that...fish drop dead from time to time without a known cause...part of the down side to this great hobby...

usually only business venders have live arrival guarantee cause they have a high profit margin to cover the risk they take on by importing...

As long as he's following rules of buy/sell leave him alone. And yes live arrival is a hassle for most normal hobbiest. If he don't want to offer it then he don't want to ship that bad.
