Fish Names

I know many of us have way to many fish to count but some stick out as our favorites. at the begining of this week we had right at 50 fish until i traded 25 for an electric eel. out of all the fish we had, only the betta was given a name.
Do you name your fish and if so what kind of fish and what name.
I'll go first:

I named my jd brute cuz he had the was getting pushed around in the tank i bought him from, and the baby jd i call minime cuz hes a small brute, and my pleco I call tank cuz of his hard "armor"

With a couple of thousand fish, I really don't think I can choose. I appreciate all of them for individual factors and traits.

I say " hi fish" when I walk past them. They are refered to as there species.

Mine usually get named the type of fish they are, swearing usually accompanies this when they decide its funny to put sand in the filter, hog all the feeders, dig up the fake plants, etc...not that they understand, or if they do care anyhow.

I name fish I can tell apart usually. My bettas have names, my kuhli loachs do not for instance.
