Fish dont really do anything for me...

They dont make me calm or anything.

I just like them....and I dont know why.

They dont really make me calm either. I like other people like them because they arent like dogs and cats they are nice and clean, if you get your hands wet you can just wipe it off.

It's just cool to watch the fish. Its also a constant (very rewarding)challenge and theres always something to do. Its always amazing to setup a tank that looks amazing and you manage to keep your fish really healthy I love it when it goes right.

Also its cool because theres always something to do. Feeding, water changes, cleaning, re-arraning, planning your next tank.....

I really enjoy planning and setting up tanks. Its lots of fun.

For me this was something for me and my 2-1/2 yr old to do together and to teach her about responsibility. Who would have thought that a little 10 gal tank could take over our world. Now we are setting up a new 20gal tall and a 30 gal is on its way next week!!
Plus its cool to go into the lfs and watch peoples reaction to this little girl naming the fish in all the tanks
