I do practice catch and release and will only keep if its for my dinner, or i know someone that wants its as well..always a good browny point getter! i love fresh red snapper, groupers, cobia, every now n then a lil mackerel, and my fav from the gulf is tuna and wahoo! i also love freshwater catfish when done right and LMB as well..

So far this week I have had catfish fillets and oyster soup :)

I'm kind of the other way around. I don't feed live feeders, but I eat fish :)

Lucky you. The only fish I could find here are frozen ones, in the grocery store

I am envious of all of you that can go to the ocean, fish a bit, and take home some nice snapper and such :(
All I have here in Chicago is 3 eyed trout from Lake Michigan, and "hopefully never" but possibly asian carp.

14-16" (no bigger) channel cats taste good when rolled in flour and flash fried in oil served with some lemon. Makes some fried potatoes with onion to go with the fish....nom nom nom

Damn, is it lunch? I don't even want my damn sandwich now.

I like any coldwater fish, preferably grilled.
