Fish ponds?

I don't have room for an indoor, and our climate doesn't allow the fish I would like to keep. However, I've tried to convince my wife that I need a pond of cool native fish. For some reason she doesn't like the idea of our dogs around an open pond with gar......specifically alligator.... If I could have them, I would!

What do you mean 'take care of them all'? How do we have time for so many things or take care of any of it as in maintenance?

I have no idea what your asking but my answer is:

yes it needs to be looked after

and no not like an outdoor pond or aquarium because it isnt the same...

my mom wanted a pond in the garden, which after she got was never looked after and usually did not have any water too
so i turned it into a koi pond and yup takes a little bit of my time and little bit of work to take care of both the ponds and the tanks but its all worth it just to look at the fish grow in there
