Starting up a 75 gallon outdoor tank and was thinking of maybe a large month bass or peacock. They get pretty big quickly so I don't think I'm going that route. Would like to try a more aggressive fish for a change. The tank will be under a big screened porch so fish must be good with higher temps. Suggestions appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have you thought about a Green Sunfish? They can get pretty aggressive and look good as well. They have the “bass” body shape but don’t get nearly as large and a 75 can hold 1 or 2 of them.

1 green sunfish or a hybrid sunfish, try an get a male if you want something ultra aggressive, green sunfish will jump out of the water to grab food out of your hands
