tell you what, ive just read the entire thread to this point and ive gotta say wow, awesome build!!!!!!! I do concrete for a living and even though its done a little differently over there, it still seems like a hell of alot of work, which seemes to be very nicely done. great job and cant wait to see some updates.

Ha... That is the joy juice to be taken when you re down on the rocks lol!!
Some kind of cold drink available from the passing candy and drinks scooters that caters to the workers.
The indoor pond base in finally being done. Surprisingly fast. It was done like in 3 hours in the afternoon.
Pic 1. A pure mixture of the blue cement is first done and applied to the semi-dry base.
Pic 2. Painting yourself into a corner??
Pic 3. A further handful of the dry blue cement powder is then sprinkled over the now wet surface. This is then given a final polish by a smooth cement scraper. Worker in blue doing the sprinkling. Worker in the front doing the smooth finish.
Will wait a few days b4 filling with water for the leak test.

atleast its not what i thought it was While waiting for the pond to be water tested, The picasso painter have arrived to start the base coat for the walls. This will all be in white.

This is just the first base coat before the final colors are applied.
Colors are rather subdued cause this was taken late in the evening near sunset time.
The painting for the whole house is expected to finish in about 5 working days.
