Yes sure think so making all that fuss just for a few fishes....

All of a sudden I am proud to be in Malaysia, great project, most likely the first in Malaysia with great write up.

Any chance I can take a peep, dont mind paying the 'entrance fee' if you charge.

I was dreaming of this kind of project last year when I first came across MFK never tought someone here would do it.

How do you see the fish with only those small windows?

Well Just use the door to the fishroom . The windows are to keep the mossies out. will have to put the Mosquito nets up later over the window frames.

Looks like this week there is not much going on in the Fish room as the workers are concentrating on finishing the Kitchen section and parts of the external walls. Any way here are some pics of the before and current stage of the project.

Pic 1 Shows where every thing will be put up - The fish room, indoor pond and the exterior walls.

Pic 2 Shows the door from the house to the fish room which is being sealed off in order to have more space for quarantine and hospic tanks.
Internal Fish Room Wall plastering is done and now waiting for the exterior to be completed.

Pic 3 shows the current state of progress.
The Filter Section still to be plastered.
Fish Room Wall still to be plastered
Large Water Tank to hold water for the plastering process next week.


Pic 4 Happy crew during break time.

Next week they will finish up the plastering of the walls, floors as well as the fish pond final layer of cement. Planned that is. We ll see if it get done then.
