Instead of one of the stock aquarium dechorinators, you may want to just buy some dry sodium thiosulfate and mix your own.
There some swimming pool type chlorine test kits that are available that measure high chlorine concentrations that would give you an indication of what you need to deal with. (some may be less expensive than the aquarium types)

I have another aunt, that lives on the main road. She has city water and k know what's in it. Maybe run 300 ft of water hose and fill tanks up till I sort this out. ATM I am running pump at well 30 mins twice a day. To try to run chlorine off and running water through pipes to move sediments in pipes

Water from tap is .25 ppm of ammonia. Could it still be from the chlorine. Still burning off water an hour a day to rid smell
