Sorry for your loss and on top of that they sent you the wrong fish. I personally would get my money back and go elsewhere.

She informed me before the fish arrived that her helper might have made a mistake she offered a full refund or send me the fish I wanted, that srd cost more than the fish I ordered and it was USPS fault so I felt it was a square deal.

I suspected that the cause of the delay was with the carrier rather than the shipper.....sorry about the loss.

I am thinking so to and Veterans Day didn’t help. Shipped 13th and got here 19th with 1-3 day shipping

I've always been leery of shipping around holidays and weekends.Problems can arise at any time but those days seem to increas the odds of something going wrong.

Getting fish shipped during any high volume holiday shipping season, or in and around holidays in general is not a good idea, for me this means, mid Nov into early Jan, is risky, or times like the 4th of July, Memorial day or Labor Day any of these, if in the U.S.
