there are a few distributors in WI depending where you're located that will sell to the public, downside is has to be a min $ amount. otherwise I'de look on the MFK classifieds dealers. Snook usually has arrows as I'm sure a few others as well might. But yeah 10 Arrows for 60$+ sounds "fishy" to me.
