Fish "Supplier" Time: China Style

I think it has to do with their warm and humid tropical climate being able to promote a richer growth of beneficial bacteria which enables them to support a very large bioload in a small tank space-- I have seen these large fish markets and they are all like that. I have no idea about their filtration but all the fish are packed day in and day out and they seem very healthy

I could be wrong but I don't think more beneficial bacteria than the average tank has anything to do with it. Even in the wild some fish will die of lack of oxygen. Higher heat water is under the less oxygenated it is.

I think it's more hardier species of fish(no characins like piranha for example), and well calculated how long they can leave them with how much oxygen before needing to repack. But awesome just the same.

After seeing those aro's and those parrots, I'll never again consider any mfker overstocked...lol
