One Im going to get me an Asian aro or Koi in the japanese art style. However, Im picky, I want an artist who is an expert in the Japanese style. Im not sure where I want it but I want it big and flashy but out of site.

Does any one have any links to an artist who specializes in the style?

i would say that it depends on where you are located. it was a plus for me because the guy who did my tatt had a couple of aros and knew exactly what kind of details he wanted to add on. you would probably have to call your local shops or if you want to fly all the way to hawaii, i can recommend Billy from 808tattoo...

If I do this I want to do it right and do it big. Im in the mid west so I really doubt there is an artist that specializes in that style so Id be willing to travel.

my koi-dragon. hard to get a decent picture by myself using a cell phone and a mirror. got about 5 hours invested so far and probably another 5 to go for all the color that'll be going into it.
