thats funny man. my African rift lake cichlid bites anything that comes in the water be it food or my hand. I am use to it.

I've been bit above the water by my RTC while feeding it shrimp, guess I wasn't shoveling the food fast enough.
I just got bit (not really attacked) by my Oscar while I was feeding him, and my other fish. I was sprinkling freeze-dried blood worms from the jar, and that som***** came up about 4 inches out of the water and bit me on the wrist! I spilled almost a quarter the blood worms into the aquarium (small jar), scared the $h!+ out of me. I'm on my way out of the house, hopefully my cons will take care of most of it. got a vacuum and water change soon coming.
I had a BP once that would bite me whenever I put my hand in the tank. F'er would break the skin. At first, when she was little, she would nibble at my hand and it wouldnt bother me, just pinched a little, so I just ignored it. As it got larger, it started to break the skin, but it was hard to break the habit! Whenever I wanted to put my hand in the tank, especially when it was to mess up a hole she had dug, she would go nuts, so I would just wave my hand at her and make a wave right in her face real hard and she would hang back a little until I stopped. Actually kind of fun after a while, besides all the little bite marks
