my 16 inch buttikoferi goes after anything that doesnt belong in the tank, he hasnt got me yet but he will eventually im sure. when i did a substrate change i was dipping out sand and my 12 inch dovii stood guard and when the butti would come to attack the dovii would attack him and drive him off. i had the tank so cloudy at points i could barely see him coming and the dovii stayed by my arm the whole time which i thought was cool. 2 days after i got the new substrate in and the tank was clear i went to affix a heater in the tank thinking i was safe and wham! that damn dovii caught me. luckily only one canine got me but it sliced me pretty good. at first i thought it was a short in the heater and id been shocked but then i realized i didnt even have the heater plugged in yet.

I take my parrot fish out of the tank to work on it. They bite and hang on. The ID in my avatar has left several large bruises ramming me. His bark is worse than his bite!!!
My Rd bites me every time i do water changes, doesn't always draw blood but has a few times. If i remove my hand in time he gets all pissy and goes and takes it out on his tank mates.
