I completely agree with you on all of those! I also don't really understand all the hype about oscars. They just don't do anything for me.

i've never kept them, and perhaps me keeping them would change my mind, but i don't have interest in angel fish either

Not a fan of blood parrots, glofish, bubble goldfish, and tiger barbs!!! I was stoked when my friend's ornate ate his entire school of tiger barbs!

fancy goldfish although i like regular bodied goldfish with there sleek bodies. dislike anything thats been bred to a point where they basically look unfunctional, pugs(the dog) maybe a exception.

piranha, seem kinda boring in the long run. if i want to watch a animal rip into meat i would watch my dad eat a steak.

i really dont like any fish that lives for less then 10 years, there just not good pets, its too short. this is why i like goldies, and koi they can basically be companions for most of your life if you have the dedication.

fish that cannot be kept with any type of plant, plants really add to a aquarium in most circumstants.

glofish, i only like them if there a similar color to many plants in the tank, so it looks more natural. so i guess really only the green

i just got my first peacock bass and it is awsome...but def. over hyped...personally I would say plecos and almost all cichlids...beautiful fish...create amazing looking tanks but everyone has em and they just don't interest me

well the adage of another persons trash being another persons treasure comes to mind

personally I try to keep my personal likes or dislikes to myself since other peoples tanks are their tanks and I would rather encourage people with a passion for fish keeping regardless of whether I like their choice of fish or not

for example I HATE GOLDFISH but take a look at this photo

now forget that she is my daughter and just look at her as a fish keeper who has gotten their very first fish that is all their own, who am I to downplay it with my thoughts of this fish

I think to downplay other peoples fish and tanks does a great diservice to the hobby and could very well discourage people and make them drop from the hobby.

this picture, in all its essence reminds me more of Darla from finding nemo. no offense. lol but its just that innocent evil i sense with my un-sensible sensory.

i guess i hate fake wanna-be EEL FISH... Tiretrack eels, Peacock eels... i just wanna break their dinky little beaks.

I don`t really like the really aggressive fish that only eat feeders. I wouldn't like to see a fish killing another fish. I guess fish like piranha, snakeheads, wolffish, things with giant teeth are ones I would prefer not to keep.
