He is eating pellets. Although, I wouldn't put it past him to try and eat smaller fish. I don't think he has ever been in a tank with smaller fish.

I wish I had my South American biotope aquarium constructed already; some of my friends are headed to Fort Wayne, IN on Friday... Hopefully someone comes along and gets this catfish before the weekend!

Only problem is that I lack a 24" wide aquarium at the moment, and I don't want to cram it in a 190 gallon stock tank (5' x 2' x 2.5') now because I don't know exactly when I'll have the larger aquarium done... If you think that it will be fine, then we could probably give it a try.
