Fish That You Don't See Much In Your Tank

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
my tire track eel, hides under a rock all day

In our 180 Tank, it's a 7" Sun Cat. For something with "Sun" right in his name, why does he fears it so much??? Also, a small spotted Bullhead Cat. If I shine a light into his castle, he'll come out & Play for about 2 minutes, If I don't he won't come out (At least during daylight hours) for weeks.

In the 75 Gal. the same old story, Horse-face Loaches & Upside Down cat. Can hear them moving gravel more often than see them...

ugh my dragon goby, i NEVER see him, i thought he died so i lifted up all my scenery.. wasnt there, i got all confused.. and just when i give up he pops out from under the sand, and darts off to never be seen again, lol

i see all my fish but the least is my asian redtail catfish unless i throw some food in there

My Plecostomous...He does not Come out Much.

My Gold Nugget Pleco doesn't come out much, but looks fantastic. I have been trying to snap a new pic for a couple days.

I'm always surprised when people have clowns that don't come out. mine are the least shy fish in my tank, next to the stupid goldfish, and the oscar (duh). When I stick my hand in the tank they all come speeding over to nibble my fingers looking for food.

Mine too! They're always charging around bumping into the two little ornates and freaking out the small dats.

I've got a chocolate talking cat in my big tank who spends 98% of his life wedged up under the tree stump. Last night he actually came down when the lights were still on! First time I've actually seen him swimming in over a year!
