fish vs. creatine

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Fish supplements have been around for quite some time. Mostly in commercial use where they need to get he fish growing as fast as possible to be sold as meat in your local fish market.

Above applies to pretty much everything in your local grocery.

they need more testing done and if i turns out that the meat is 1000000% safe to eat, then i won't have a problem with it cuz i would take creatine as a gym supplement, and it is a amino group found in beef and other meats, but thats not on the fish diet. the industries are getting to big. any one watch food inc? if the beef industry fed cattle grass for 1 week, it would remove 80% or so of the e. coli in their gut, but instead of doing this they continue with the cheapest feed; corn wich is the source of the e. coli

Imagine the effects this would have on wild fish populations long-term... the fact that people come up with these things, let alone try them and propose them, is beyond me. What a f-ed up species we are.
